I've been looking for a powerful blender for ages. One that can make smoothies in no time. The problem is that there are so many to choose from. Finding the right one is very difficult, especially considering how one model can be both loved and hated by different people. It just seems that different people are looking for different things in a blender. So how did I go about finding the one I bought?

Well, first I was browsing aimlessly on Amazon. Trying to find one with high ratings and an affordable price. I found several, from brands like Blendtec and Ninja. But it seemed that all of them had their own issues and problems. However, I guess that's just the way it is with these things. In the end I stumbled upon a website (Best Blender Guide) where they had written in-depth guides to the most popular brands. I read through all of them and eventually settled on getting a Vitamix blender. It was pricey, but so far I am simply in love with it!
